By downloading, installing, or using Solva, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Solva is an AI-powered homework helper application that helps students understand and solve academic problems. The app provides step-by-step solutions, explanations, and practice problems across various subjects.

3. Subscription Terms

Solva offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.

Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the same price and duration unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

  • iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Solva
  • Android: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Solva

Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Free trials are only available to new subscribers.

Refunds

All purchases are final. Refund requests must be made through Apple (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android) according to their respective refund policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Solva only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
  • Use the app to cheat on exams or assessments where prohibited
  • Share your subscription with others
  • Use automated systems to access the app

5. Educational Disclaimer

Solva is designed as a learning aid and should be used to understand concepts and problem-solving methods. Solutions provided are for educational purposes. We encourage students to use the app responsibly and in accordance with their school's academic integrity policies.

6. Accuracy of Solutions

While we strive to provide accurate solutions, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Users should verify important solutions and use critical thinking when reviewing answers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Solva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to academic consequences from relying on solutions provided.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
